  3. Customize Idea Submission Form

    While I really like how simple the idea submission form is, we want our contributors to be thinking about risk and impact when they make their suggestions. Customizing the form - changing the default text, and/or adding additional fields would be really helpful! I want to be able to ask: what problem are you trying to solve? What is your proposed solution?

  5. Automated AI feature suggestions

    What if Frill automatically created Ideas based off conversations from our sales and support teams? It could work like this... Frill connects to places like Intercom, Helpscout, Zenddesk, Discord, Slack etc Once a day, information is collected and sent to a GPT to summarise. Frill then suggests potential new Ideas each morning based on yesterday's discussions. Admins then just hit approve. No need to write them out. Voting could also be automated.

  6. Allow team members to automatically join your board

    Could we make it so that anyone with a companies email automatically becomes an admin? As an example, say that you’re the admin of Nike. You can toggle on an option under settings that anyone with a @nike.com email can automatically join the board as an admin. This way it makes it easier to have new team members join your board.

  7. Auth0 integration for SSO

    We use Auth0 for all our user's logins (Circle.so, Wordpress, etc...) and would love to add Frill to the mix. Please provide an integration with Auth0 (which has a generous free account) to make this easier for people to implement.

  9. Related ideas

    It would be great if we could indicate that two ideas are linked somehow. For example, if there's one piece of code that's causing two related bugs. Or if there's a problem and users have suggested two different ways to fix it. Or if one bug is fixed, but the fix causes another bug. This would be distinct from merging two ideas together. But I'm thinking something like the way inside an Announcement you can link to an Idea, you could have a similar thing for Ideas. Or just have another tab on the Admin view that shows "Related Ideas"

  10. Set default sorting method

    It would be useful to be able to change what the default sorting is on the home page. Currently our home page is cluttered by old ideas that have already been processed, which since they have more votes than the new ideas, end up floating to the top and hiding more new ideas. If we could set the default sorting to "Latest" that would always show the ideas that need votes without hiding anything.

  11. The little clippy icon to attach files is TOO SMALL

    See screenshot. The attachment link/button in the Create New Idea form is crazy small and we have users telling us they didn’t see it. Please spend 5 minutes and make the icon at least twice the size. Apparently it does not even work (no screenshot added). I’ll add it as a comment instead.

  12. A time estimate (ETA) for Ideas

    As someone who's submitted an idea I want to know roughly how long it might be before it makes it into the product.

  13. AI Chrome Extension

    It would be great if I could copy. helpdesk conversation and have AI summarize the feedback into one succinct Idea or Improvement. Why? This would mean I can collect feedback easily from ANY Helpdesk software, without the need for a custom integration.

  15. Mobile SDKs

    It would be great if we can configure this on mobile apps to get feedback. Many people leave comments about issues on App stores because there's no such option to leave feedback or suggestions on the app (without leaving the app).
