Add ability to Hide date from comments, Announcement, Ideas and Roadmap.

While I really like how simple the idea submission form is, we want our contributors to be thinking about risk and impact when they make their suggestions. Customizing the form - changing the default text, and/or adding additional fields would be really helpful! I want to be able to ask: what problem are you trying to solve? What is your proposed solution?

We're pretty new to Frill and are trying to drive more engagement with the Ideas portal. Even with our (presumably relatively) low amount of traffic, I'm seeing a high frequency of users adding comments in support of an idea without also adding a vote. Currently I'm trying to keep on top of this, by manually adding votes on behalf of commenters. It would be far better if Frill had a solution to prevent missed votes like this, such as a pre-ticked checkbox or something when someone is adding a comment on an idea they haven't voted on.

It'll be great if users can subscribe to announcements so that they get automatic email updates on every new announcement. This can increase engagement with the product and bring back lost customers. Example: https://new.loom.com

I'd like to add some custom links to the menu. Things like links to our help docs or maybe an on boarding video.

What if Frill automatically created Ideas based off conversations from our sales and support teams? It could work like this... Frill connects to places like Intercom, Helpscout, Zenddesk, Discord, Slack etc Once a day, information is collected and sent to a GPT to summarise. Frill then suggests potential new Ideas each morning based on yesterday's discussions. Admins then just hit approve. No need to write them out. Voting could also be automated.

I'd like a special type of widget that highlighted any known bugs in our app that had already been identified and that we are working on. Perhaps customers could click a "I'm experiencing this" button and be alerted when the bug has been fixed. This would drastically decrease support time.

Allow either embedded videos with Raw HTML or add support for a wider variety of video hosting providers for the embed Video feature. Example providers: Synthesia Wistia

I love the home page and how it lets me know of any recent activity. I often will use it to find and interact with new ideas, recent comments etc. But, I've noticed that if I open an idea from home and then close the idea, I'm left on the ideas page which means I have to click back to the home page and find where I was. It would be awesome if when I closed the idea, I either remained on the home page, or was taken back to the home page.

Similar to how ideas can have comments, it would be fun to allow comments in reply to announcements. I'm not actually sure we'd end up wanting this, but we would definitely test it. (One theory is that enthusiastic replies could be a nice form of social proof in our product, e.g. "omg this new feature is really cool!") Bonus points for making it configurable per announcement.

A widget that allows for collection of multiple areas of Feedback with a quick 👍 👎 voting mechanic. I want to be able to set the topics eg: Customer service 👍 👎Ease of use 👍 👎Pricing 👍 👎

As of now images can only be added one below the other. a grid / the option to add multiple images on same line will help.

As someone who's submitted an idea I want to know roughly how long it might be before it makes it into the product.
