  1. Dark mode Logo upload

    Hi, it would be great if we could upload a different logo for the users who are using the dark mode in their profile. Currently there is only one option and a lot of logos have a light and dark version. If you switch to dark mode it could look like a bug and nearly disappear.

  4. Set default Status for new ideas

    Now any new idea have "no status" by default, would be nice to have a setup to select one of status like β€œdefault” to assign to all new ideas.

  5. Time planning on roadmap

    We need to have a field in each idea for us to indicate the expected delivery date. In settings, we should be able to select the type of date to use: quarters, months, weeks, specific dates (we will be using quarters). This field should be visible but read only to external users, both in the list of ideas and the roadmap. A very useful tool would be to have ideas shown in a timeline display of the roadmap, considering this new field. This could be delivered at a later stage :) A nice to have would be to be able to select, for each idea, if the delivery date field is visible to external users. This way, as a product manager, I could start planning the delivery timeline and only make them public when I'm ready to accept that commitement. Although I have found similar ideas and voted for them, they do not reflect my exact needs, so I'm posting this as new idea.

  6. Allow to enter edit mode after saving an announcement

    After editing and saving an announcement we can't edit again without back to all announcements, find it again and hit Edit. Sometimes we want to fix some error viewed just after save, and is hard to find the same announcemment when we have millions of then.

  7. Make the β€œFollow” option more visible

    Currently, the "Follow" button is hidden in a three-dots menu that only appears on hover. Our customers frequently ask where they can find the option to follow an idea in order to receive updates.

  8. Change the Default to New Rather Than No Status

    When we log a new idea it is annoying that it does not go to new, and we should be able to change this default.

  9. Custom links in menu

    I'd like to add some custom links to the menu. Things like links to our help docs or maybe an on boarding video.

  10. Customize Idea Submission Form

    While I really like how simple the idea submission form is, we want our contributors to be thinking about risk and impact when they make their suggestions. Customizing the form - changing the default text, and/or adding additional fields would be really helpful! I want to be able to ask: what problem are you trying to solve? What is your proposed solution?

  11. AI Chrome Extension

    It would be great if I could copy. helpdesk conversation and have AI summarize the feedback into one succinct Idea or Improvement. Why? This would mean I can collect feedback easily from ANY Helpdesk software, without the need for a custom integration.

  14. Automated AI feature suggestions

    What if Frill automatically created Ideas based off conversations from our sales and support teams? It could work like this... Frill connects to places like Intercom, Helpscout, Zenddesk, Discord, Slack etc Once a day, information is collected and sent to a GPT to summarise. Frill then suggests potential new Ideas each morning based on yesterday's discussions. Admins then just hit approve. No need to write them out. Voting could also be automated.

  15. Allow team members to automatically join your board

    Could we make it so that anyone with a companies email automatically becomes an admin? As an example, say that you’re the admin of Nike. You can toggle on an option under settings that anyone with a @nike.com email can automatically join the board as an admin. This way it makes it easier to have new team members join your board.
