It would be nice to use images from the announcement as the OG image, or have the option to upload a custom one.

I usually test my surveys on our dev environment first, and when I'm ready to move to prod, I have these two options: Change the target URL to prod. This is fine, but if I have a bunch of test responses, I want to be able to delete them so they don't get mixed with my real survey results.Re-create the survey with the prod URL. In this case, it would be much easier if I could duplicate the survey and then change the URL.

Sometimes there is a document (PDF/Word/Spreadsheet) that accompanies or helps to explain the context of a feature request. It would be very useful to be able to attach the document to the ticket rather than just images.

Users often suggest features or improvements that benefit from additional context or examples. For instance, linking to tutorials, case studies, or relevant community resources—like aimaghub, which shares insights on AI, digital tools, and software—could help teams better understand and prioritize requests. Additionally, introducing tags, categories, and advanced filtering options would make browsing feedback much easier. Users could quickly sort posts by topic, popularity, or status, while product managers could identify trends and high-priority requests without having to scroll through all submissions. This enhancement would make the platform more user-friendly, encourage detailed and actionable feedback, and foster better collaboration between community members and developers. It ensures feedback is structured, contextual, and highly valuable for product growth.

I would like to control how often a boosted announcement is shown to my customers. At the moment it only appears once, but I'd like to control the frequency, e.g. show again after 1 day.

Currently, there is no way to show a compact list of all ideas. Esp. with a big number of ideas it is really hard to oversee the requests and priorities them. A table with multiple columns would be good

I would like to be able to allow users to search announcements. Allowing the ability to quickly search using different search terms could allow users to locate posts quicker.

Sometimes we lack the capacity to review all the incoming ideas, so we’d like to have the option to temporarily pause submissions and encourage users to search the existing pool to see if a similar idea has already been submitted. It would be great to have this feature :)

For survey's, it'd be awesome to be able to decide whether to prompt for feedback or prompt for them to leave a review on a public platform, based on the numeric value of the survey response. For example: 1-3: Prompt for Internal Feedback 4-5: Prompt to Leave TrustPilot/G2/etc. Review

Currently there is no way to multi-select tags or statuses when filtering. This would make it much easier to look at a collection of tags/statuses at once. when combining tags with statuses the filters should function as AND condition when selecting multiple statuses or tags the filter should function as an OR condition. Basically, when filter is of the same type (tag or status) they should be OR and when they are of 2 types filters should be AND.

Hello, For private projects, it would be nice to allow us sending users (end users, not team members) invitations via Frill API. Example: User subscribe to my app via Stripe.Stripe sends my app a webhook.My backend call your Frill API to invite the user email (from Stripe Webhook). That way, we can have a full automated workflow.
