    As someone who's submitted an idea I want to know roughly how long it might be before it makes it into the product.

  2. Customize Idea Submission Form

    While I really like how simple the idea submission form is, we want our contributors to be thinking about risk and impact when they make their suggestions. Customizing the form - changing the default text, and/or adding additional fields would be really helpful! I want to be able to ask: what problem are you trying to solve? What is your proposed solution?

  3. Automated AI feature suggestions

    What if Frill automatically created Ideas based off conversations from our sales and support teams? It could work like this... Frill connects to places like Intercom, Helpscout, Zenddesk, Discord, Slack etc Once a day, information is collected and sent to a GPT to summarise. Frill then suggests potential new Ideas each morning based on yesterday's discussions. Admins then just hit approve. No need to write them out. Voting could also be automated.

  4. Microsoft Entra ID Integration (formerly Azure AD)

    As a financial services company with strict security and compliance requirements, we need native support for Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure Active Directory). This would allow us to manage user access through Single Sign-On (SSO), enforce MFA, and align Frill with our existing identity governance policies. Integration with Entra ID is essential for streamlining user provisioning, improving security, and making Frill viable for enterprise-wide adoption.

  5. 2-way Jira integration

    I'd love it if the Frill board would track our Jira board and move ideas according to how we move them in Jira. Then an idea that was sent to Jira will automatically be set as "Implemented" when the team has finished it in Jira.

  6. Allow email notification for idea being shipped

    Currently theres only an option to notify whenever there's a status change. I want the ability to notify only when the status is set to shipped but not the other statuses.

  7. Integromat integration

    We are using Integromat to connect 3rd party apps. For example, connect to our Trello board. Here is a use-case relevant for us - whenever someone adds a post (e.g. a feature request), through Integromat I get that pushed to our relevant Trello boards. The opposite integration (i.e. from Trello to a product like this) is also useful (but not the main use-case for now).

  8. Optimize SSO step

    We require SSO to access our Frill board. This sign-in page looks like a 404 page and doesn't really steer our users to sign in. It would be great to keep the users' momentum on this step to direct them to our SSO so they can access the board.

    It would be great if I could copy. helpdesk conversation and have AI summarize the feedback into one succinct Idea or Improvement. Why? This would mean I can collect feedback easily from ANY Helpdesk software, without the need for a custom integration.

  14. Allow team members to automatically join your board

    Could we make it so that anyone with a companies email automatically becomes an admin? As an example, say that you’re the admin of Nike. You can toggle on an option under settings that anyone with a @nike.com email can automatically join the board as an admin. This way it makes it easier to have new team members join your board.

  15. Mobile SDKs

    It would be great if we can configure this on mobile apps to get feedback. Many people leave comments about issues on App stores because there's no such option to leave feedback or suggestions on the app (without leaving the app).
