  1. Microsoft Entra ID Integration (formerly Azure AD)

    As a financial services company with strict security and compliance requirements, we need native support for Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure Active Directory). This would allow us to manage user access through Single Sign-On (SSO), enforce MFA, and align Frill with our existing identity governance policies. Integration with Entra ID is essential for streamlining user provisioning, improving security, and making Frill viable for enterprise-wide adoption.

    The ability to clone/duplicate a previously published announcement to be able to use for a new one. This lets us keep the formatting we like without having to start from scratch

  5. Automated AI feature suggestions

    What if Frill automatically created Ideas based off conversations from our sales and support teams? It could work like this... Frill connects to places like Intercom, Helpscout, Zenddesk, Discord, Slack etc Once a day, information is collected and sent to a GPT to summarise. Frill then suggests potential new Ideas each morning based on yesterday's discussions. Admins then just hit approve. No need to write them out. Voting could also be automated.

  7. Ability to screen grab current page for bug reporting

    For reporting bugs, sometimes it's easier to just submit a screen grab. Having the ability to initiate the screenshot, mark it up with arrows and text, and attach to this ideas.

  8. Mark as inappropriate

    On occasion, we are alerted to comments that don't match our community guidelines. The customer had to email us the comment, but it would be nice to have a simple way to flag this.

  9. Office365 AAD integration

    Could you please provide Office365 AAD integration? We are using Office365 through different systems to log our customers/users on, and cannot use your current SSO option to ensure sign-on.

  10. Optional idea requirements

    It would be useful if we could set specific fields to be required, such as requiring that at least 1 topic be selected to make sorting easier as we sometimes miss ideas since we go through ideas by topic.

  12. Customize Idea Submission Form

    While I really like how simple the idea submission form is, we want our contributors to be thinking about risk and impact when they make their suggestions. Customizing the form - changing the default text, and/or adding additional fields would be really helpful! I want to be able to ask: what problem are you trying to solve? What is your proposed solution?

  13. AI Chrome Extension

    It would be great if I could copy. helpdesk conversation and have AI summarize the feedback into one succinct Idea or Improvement. Why? This would mean I can collect feedback easily from ANY Helpdesk software, without the need for a custom integration.

  15. Allow team members to automatically join your board

    Could we make it so that anyone with a companies email automatically becomes an admin? As an example, say that you’re the admin of Nike. You can toggle on an option under settings that anyone with a @nike.com email can automatically join the board as an admin. This way it makes it easier to have new team members join your board.
