Dark mode Logo upload
Hi, it would be great if we could upload a different logo for the users who are using the dark mode in their profile. Currently there is only one option and a lot of logos have a light and dark version. If you switch to dark mode it could look like a bug and nearly disappear.

A time estimate (ETA) for Ideas
As someone who's submitted an idea I want to know roughly how long it might be before it makes it into the product.

Custom links in menu
I'd like to add some custom links to the menu. Things like links to our help docs or maybe an on boarding video.

Automated AI feature suggestions
What if Frill automatically created Ideas based off conversations from our sales and support teams? It could work like this... Frill connects to places like Intercom, Helpscout, Zenddesk, Discord, Slack etc Once a day, information is collected and sent to a GPT to summarise. Frill then suggests potential new Ideas each morning based on yesterday's discussions. Admins then just hit approve. No need to write them out. Voting could also be automated.

Clickup Integration
We use Clickup as management tool. It would be great to have a direct integration with the app.

Internal user segmentation
The ability to add internal tags/categories/segmentation to users and ideas, that are not visible by end users but are by internal users. Why: When reviewing user feedback, what really matters is the type of user/organisation they are. E.g. if we as a SaaS product are targeting one specific type of company (e.g. B2C), and loads of users from B2B companies have voted on a feature, that is really important to know. We want to prioritise features asked for by our target market. Not all the time, but it is important that we have a way to at least see/filter the submitted ideas in this way so that we can make informed decisions about what we decide to build.

Smart Merge
As we get more ideas on our board it becomes harder to keep track of everything and ensure that similar ideas are merged. It would be great of there was a way for Frill to recognise and suggest potentially similar ideas and present them to me for merging. This would save a huge amount of time and more accurately show the popularity of feature quests.

Don't show archived ideas in search results
When I search for a certain idea (cos we have soooo many of them) it would be great to be able to blend out all the private or archived ones. I still see them in the results window and often think "huh, why is this back in the pool to be voted on" but when I click on it, only then do I see it's an already archived feedback. A pre filter would be good, kinda like "only show active ideas" or so. Thanks

Timeline
if you could add timeline delivery for features, and the roadmap shows potential delivery dates

Set default Status for new ideas
Now any new idea have "no status" by default, would be nice to have a setup to select one of status like βdefaultβ to assign to all new ideas.

Time planning on roadmap
We need to have a field in each idea for us to indicate the expected delivery date. In settings, we should be able to select the type of date to use: quarters, months, weeks, specific dates (we will be using quarters). This field should be visible but read only to external users, both in the list of ideas and the roadmap. A very useful tool would be to have ideas shown in a timeline display of the roadmap, considering this new field. This could be delivered at a later stage :) A nice to have would be to be able to select, for each idea, if the delivery date field is visible to external users. This way, as a product manager, I could start planning the delivery timeline and only make them public when I'm ready to accept that commitement. Although I have found similar ideas and voted for them, they do not reflect my exact needs, so I'm posting this as new idea.

Microsoft Teams integration
An integration with Microsoft Teams would allow us to stay on top of newly added ideas, status changes, votes, and other aspects.

Add ability to Down Vote ideas
We have the option to up-vote ideas, but we would find it just as valuable to enable our users to down-vote ideas. We have 180+ ideas coming in from various customers, and it would be great to have another way to receive customer feedback in form of a down-vote to help us focus on the priority items, or, for example, if a change requested would hinder or break their current workflows.

Filter interacted with ideas
As a tracked user, I want to be able to filter on all of the ideas that I have already interacted with so that I can either view new to me ideas or view ideas that I have interacted with. We are encouraging our users to regularly review our feedback board and a lot of them have complained that they keep reading the same issues they voted on or already read. It would be great if we can add a filter for "view ideas I have interacted with" and "View ideas I have not interacted with" (probably not the best verbiage). This would allow users to better find the ideas they are looking for. Later on, it might be cool to display some sort of read status & filter, similar to Gmail, on an idea (but this would be quite a bit more tracking) for each user.

Prevent Users from Editing Ideas After Approval
When the βIdea approvalβ setting is enabled, users can still edit their idea after itβs been approved. This creates a risk that users might insert inappropriate or sensitive content post-approval without moderator oversight. We suggest either: Locking idea edits after approval (only team members can edit), orRequiring re-approval if a user edits an already approved idea. Option 1 is preferred to keep workflows simple and secure.
