Feature requests

As someone who's submitted an idea I want to know roughly how long it might be before it makes it into the product.

Currently, there is no way to show a compact list of all ideas. Esp. with a big number of ideas it is really hard to oversee the requests and priorities them. A table with multiple columns would be good

While I really like how simple the idea submission form is, we want our contributors to be thinking about risk and impact when they make their suggestions. Customizing the form - changing the default text, and/or adding additional fields would be really helpful! I want to be able to ask: what problem are you trying to solve? What is your proposed solution?

I would like to be able to set up a workflow that enables me to add specific ideas to an Asana task board and designated section.

I'm more interested in abiliity to add my own Google Tag Manager or chat widget, etc, so the JS box. But also opening up the ability to override CSS would be great.

Could we make it so that anyone with a companies email automatically becomes an admin? As an example, say that you’re the admin of Nike. You can toggle on an option under settings that anyone with a @nike.com email can automatically join the board as an admin. This way it makes it easier to have new team members join your board.

I'd love it if the Frill board would track our Jira board and move ideas according to how we move them in Jira. Then an idea that was sent to Jira will automatically be set as "Implemented" when the team has finished it in Jira.

Currently theres only an option to notify whenever there's a status change. I want the ability to notify only when the status is set to shipped but not the other statuses.

This will make it so much easier to vote on an idea. If a user clicks on an email link from any of the reports, they should get logged in automatically. Especially if our company only requires their name and email.

Adding custom meta-fields would be awesome to help categorize ideas, and include external links, etc.

It would be great if you could allow us to put analytics script inside the header. I am using Plausible - and I would like to see how many people visits this board a day.

I’d like to be able to click through directly to the Frill idea a customer has posted or commented on from Slack.

The issue now is that when we post an announcement, and it opens when someone vists our app, the view count is only increased if they scroll to the bottom of the announcement. It'd be nice if we had a way to see how many times the announcement was just visibly shown to someone. This could show up in the Frill admin like: 388 impressions, 45 views Extra data is always good! Right now, we have no idea how many people our announcement has been served up to.
