I'd like to add some custom links to the menu. Things like links to our help docs or maybe an on boarding video.

Add an Idea Submitter role that can only submit ideas (including on behalf of customers)
We want our customer service reps to add Ideas and then leave moderation/approvals, etc, to the product team. Please create a new role specifically for people who need to create Ideas on behalf of customers and nothing else.

As someone who's submitted an idea I want to know roughly how long it might be before it makes it into the product.

Internal user segmentation
The ability to add internal tags/categories/segmentation to users and ideas, that are not visible by end users but are by internal users. Why: When reviewing user feedback, what really matters is the type of user/organisation they are. E.g. if we as a SaaS product are targeting one specific type of company (e.g. B2C), and loads of users from B2B companies have voted on a feature, that is really important to know. We want to prioritise features asked for by our target market. Not all the time, but it is important that we have a way to at least see/filter the submitted ideas in this way so that we can make informed decisions about what we decide to build.

Conditional, multi-step Surveys
This would allow us to build multi-step flows with branching logic. For example, ask users to rate your product from 1 to 10 - then show different follow-up questions or messages based on their response. Key Features: • Step-by-step surveys with conditional logic • Branching questions based on NPS or rating scale answers • Custom end messages (e.g. “Thanks!” or “Tell us more”) With conditional surveys, we can follow up with promoters and uncover what’s frustrating detractors, all in one flow.

Search on Accouncements
I would like to be able to allow users to search announcements. Allowing the ability to quickly search using different search terms could allow users to locate posts quicker.

Make the “Follow” option more visible
Currently, the "Follow" button is hidden in a three-dots menu that only appears on hover. Our customers frequently ask where they can find the option to follow an idea in order to receive updates.

Filter options in ideas list and roadmap should be multi-select
Currently there is no way to multi-select tags or statuses when filtering. This would make it much easier to look at a collection of tags/statuses at once. when combining tags with statuses the filters should function as AND condition when selecting multiple statuses or tags the filter should function as an OR condition. Basically, when filter is of the same type (tag or status) they should be OR and when they are of 2 types filters should be AND.

Create user segments based on manual user selection
Currently I only can create user segments based on specific conditions. It would also be helpful if I can create segments... based on a manual selection of users (pick single users and add them to a segment)based on email address (condition "email" contains "Value") Thank you.

Ensure users pick a relevant topic. Making it optional could introduce more noise.

Access "My Content" in Widget
Using the widget within our salesforce environments and it doesn't look like people can access their "My Content" section without moving on to the web version. It would be great for customer experience if they could view this within the widget instead of navigating off their salesforce page.
