Feature suggestions for Frill.co. Create your own board here.
What if Frill automatically created Ideas based off conversations from our sales and support teams? It could work like this... Frill connects to places like Intercom, Helpscout, Zenddesk, Discord, Slack etc Once a day, information is collected and sent to a GPT to summarise. Frill then suggests potential new Ideas each morning based on yesterday's discussions. Admins then just hit approve. No need to write them out. Voting could also be automated.

Some newer ideas are not getting the air time they deserve due to email fatigue. I would like to show my customers a selection of (3) ideas and ask which one is more important to them. Ideas could be chosen randomly, or selected by me. This would be shown inside my app via the widget as a poll.

It'll be great if users can subscribe to announcements so that they get automatic email updates on every new announcement. This can increase engagement with the product and bring back lost customers. Example: https://new.loom.com/

I'd like to add some custom links to the menu. Things like links to our help docs or maybe an on boarding video.

It would be great to get a linear integration, like open issues in linear from frill.co ideas and change frill.co ideas status on roadmap based on linear issues status on trigger idk. https://linear.app

As someone who's submitted an idea I want to know roughly how long it might be before it makes it into the product.

I would like to collect inline feedback on features that we have already launched. To do this it would be great of I could add a 'Beacon' to any container for users to feedback specifically on that feature. This will help us close the feedback loop and continuously improve our product. Bonus: no code solution allowing me to add Beacons via a chrome app, and ability to launch a Beacon via API.

Would be incredibly useful if I could use Frill to gather feedback on feature ideas through Polls. For instance, if I'm considering a certain feature, or want feedback about changing something in the app, I could create a poll and invite users to participate. Since the results will directly feed into ideas / roadmap / announcements, it makes sense that Frill would be a useful host for the poll itself.

The ability to add internal tags/categories/segmentation to users and ideas, that are not visible by end users but are by internal users. Why: When reviewing user feedback, what really matters is the type of user/organisation they are. E.g. if we as a SaaS product are targeting one specific type of company (e.g. B2C), and loads of users from B2B companies have voted on a feature, that is really important to know. We want to prioritise features asked for by our target market. Not all the time, but it is important that we have a way to at least see/filter the submitted ideas in this way so that we can make informed decisions about what we decide to build.

I'd love it if the Frill board would track our Jira board and move ideas according to how we move them in Jira. Then an idea that was sent to Jira will automatically be set as "Implemented" when the team has finished it in Jira.

I'd like the ability to share an announcement, either from the widget or web app. Options would be: Copy link / share on social.

I would like to boost not only the latest announcement, but also select and boost older announcements. Additionally, I'd love the option to set the duration for how long the boost is active.

I don't always want to push from Frill, more often than not, I need to pull from Jira. Currently I have to add the issue as comment. Works well enough but why not go one step further in your integration so that the experience is consistent for users.

Allow either embedded videos with Raw HTML or add support for a wider variety of video hosting providers for the embed Video feature. Example providers: Synthesia Wistia

Use case: users that pay more will have more weight in steering the application being developed.
