Customize Idea Submission Form
While I really like how simple the idea submission form is, we want our contributors to be thinking about risk and impact when they make their suggestions. Customizing the form - changing the default text, and/or adding additional fields would be really helpful! I want to be able to ask: what problem are you trying to solve? What is your proposed solution?

Internal user segmentation
The ability to add internal tags/categories/segmentation to users and ideas, that are not visible by end users but are by internal users. Why: When reviewing user feedback, what really matters is the type of user/organisation they are. E.g. if we as a SaaS product are targeting one specific type of company (e.g. B2C), and loads of users from B2B companies have voted on a feature, that is really important to know. We want to prioritise features asked for by our target market. Not all the time, but it is important that we have a way to at least see/filter the submitted ideas in this way so that we can make informed decisions about what we decide to build.

I'd like to add some custom links to the menu. Things like links to our help docs or maybe an on boarding video.

Automated AI feature suggestions
What if Frill automatically created Ideas based off conversations from our sales and support teams? It could work like this... Frill connects to places like Intercom, Helpscout, Zenddesk, Discord, Slack etc Once a day, information is collected and sent to a GPT to summarise. Frill then suggests potential new Ideas each morning based on yesterday's discussions. Admins then just hit approve. No need to write them out. Voting could also be automated.

Smart Merge
As we get more ideas on our board it becomes harder to keep track of everything and ensure that similar ideas are merged. It would be great of there was a way for Frill to recognise and suggest potentially similar ideas and present them to me for merging. This would save a huge amount of time and more accurately show the popularity of feature quests.

Add ability to duplicate announcements (or allow templates)
We like to use a standard format for new product announcements, and it would make be great if we could easily duplicate an existing announcement (or convert it to a template that can be used for future announcements)

Reject idea and mark as "Duplicate"
Quite often, we get duplicate idea suggestions, and currently we always have to search the already existing idea and then comment with: "Duplicate of: ...". This would be super handy, if we could reject an idea with the reason "Duplicate" and then select an idea, so everything is prefilled in the message.

Ability to set comment, vote and visibility options for each Idea status
Currently, I can only choose one status to be my "Completed" status and lock it from comments and votes. I would like the ability to designate these settings for each status individually. Ideally, I'd have the option to (1) toggle commenting on/off; (2) toggle voting on/off; (3) toggle to show/hide from roadmap; (4) toggle to show/hide from ideas list.

It would be great if I could copy. helpdesk conversation and have AI summarize the feedback into one succinct Idea or Improvement. Why? This would mean I can collect feedback easily from ANY Helpdesk software, without the need for a custom integration.

Allow team members to automatically join your board
Could we make it so that anyone with a companies email automatically becomes an admin? As an example, say that youβre the admin of Nike. You can toggle on an option under settings that anyone with a @nike.com email can automatically join the board as an admin. This way it makes it easier to have new team members join your board.
