It would be great if I could copy. helpdesk conversation and have AI summarize the feedback into one succinct Idea or Improvement. Why? This would mean I can collect feedback easily from ANY Helpdesk software, without the need for a custom integration.

Ability to share a Poll with users to gather feedback
Would be incredibly useful if I could use Frill to gather feedback on feature ideas through Polls. For instance, if I'm considering a certain feature, or want feedback about changing something in the app, I could create a poll and invite users to participate. Since the results will directly feed into ideas / roadmap / announcements, it makes sense that Frill would be a useful host for the poll itself.

Don't show archived ideas in search results
When I search for a certain idea (cos we have soooo many of them) it would be great to be able to blend out all the private or archived ones. I still see them in the results window and often think "huh, why is this back in the pool to be voted on" but when I click on it, only then do I see it's an already archived feedback. A pre filter would be good, kinda like "only show active ideas" or so. Thanks

Make search mandatory before submitting new ideas
We spend a lot of time merging ideas. I realize that similar ideas appear when entering a new idea (in fact I'm seeing it as I type!), but it's too easy to ignore. In my perfect world: User goes to add idea User is prompted to search existing ideas first User has to confirm that there were no matching resultsOnly then can user add new idea

Link Ideas to other ideas and annoucements.
When an Idea has been shipped, it would be great to connect it to an announcement. Similarly, some ideas are too big, and will be solved with small incremental improvements. HMW connect ideas to each other to address the larger problem, but still deliver on promised triage responses. Example 1: User submits an idea to make a large overall improvement. They list several pain points. One of those pain points is going to be addressed in a future release. How can we communicate that we hear the larger story, while also promising to deliver on a small improvement? Example 2: User suggests a solution to a problem. That problem will be addressed in another way, and the users' solution will not be implemented...but their pain will still be solved. how do we best communicate that?

Customize Idea Submission Form
While I really like how simple the idea submission form is, we want our contributors to be thinking about risk and impact when they make their suggestions. Customizing the form - changing the default text, and/or adding additional fields would be really helpful! I want to be able to ask: what problem are you trying to solve? What is your proposed solution?

Automated AI feature suggestions
What if Frill automatically created Ideas based off conversations from our sales and support teams? It could work like this... Frill connects to places like Intercom, Helpscout, Zenddesk, Discord, Slack etc Once a day, information is collected and sent to a GPT to summarise. Frill then suggests potential new Ideas each morning based on yesterday's discussions. Admins then just hit approve. No need to write them out. Voting could also be automated.

Allow team members to automatically join your board
Could we make it so that anyone with a companies email automatically becomes an admin? As an example, say that youβre the admin of Nike. You can toggle on an option under settings that anyone with a @nike.com email can automatically join the board as an admin. This way it makes it easier to have new team members join your board.

Mobile SDKs
It would be great if we can configure this on mobile apps to get feedback. Many people leave comments about issues on App stores because there's no such option to leave feedback or suggestions on the app (without leaving the app).

Adding description excerpt to roadmap cards
In roadmap board, I'm only seeing the titles in the card. If we can add some excerpts it will looks much more descriptive and elegant.
