What if Frill automatically created Ideas based off conversations from our sales and support teams? It could work like this... Frill connects to places like Intercom, Helpscout, Zenddesk, Discord, Slack etc Once a day, information is collected and sent to a GPT to summarise. Frill then suggests potential new Ideas each morning based on yesterday's discussions. Admins then just hit approve. No need to write them out. Voting could also be automated.

I would like to have a template whenever I want to create a new announcement. I want it to save my headers and formattings and maybe include placeholders for images/text blocks.

We spend a lot of time merging ideas. I realize that similar ideas appear when entering a new idea (in fact I'm seeing it as I type!), but it's too easy to ignore. In my perfect world: User goes to add idea User is prompted to search existing ideas first User has to confirm that there were no matching resultsOnly then can user add new idea

When I search for a certain idea (cos we have soooo many of them) it would be great to be able to blend out all the private or archived ones. I still see them in the results window and often think "huh, why is this back in the pool to be voted on" but when I click on it, only then do I see it's an already archived feedback. A pre filter would be good, kinda like "only show active ideas" or so. Thanks

I'd like to add some custom links to the menu. Things like links to our help docs or maybe an on boarding video.

Hey team. any chance it could be made possible to de-merge topics again? We use Frill A LOT, we love it, but our community is Huge, to say the least - so as we have some moderators helping out with topics, comments etc, it sometimes happens that a merge of topics is done wrongly. But then we cannot de-merge (whatever that word is) again and so we have to write the user and ask him/her to write the idea again yadiyadiya ..... A feature to de-merge again would be so super helpful. Thanks

Can we add a clear close button to the Frill pop-up for easier navigation and usability?

As far as I can tell there is currently no auto-generated sitemap.xml file. Adding one would make for better SEO on our feedback page. It would be nice if such a file was generated at https://mysubdomain.tld/sitemap.xml and would automatically update as new feature posts are added.

Nowadays, there are numerous websites and sources for video files, such as BunnyCDN, Gumlet, Veed.io, Komodo Decks, and many others. However, currently in Announcements, only YouTube, Vimeo, and Loom are supported. It would be great if you could allow other platforms as well, perhaps by providing an iframe option or a deeplink to the externally hosted video file (if you don’t want the hassle of allowing video uploads).

It'll be great if users can subscribe to announcements so that they get automatic email updates on every new announcement. This can increase engagement with the product and bring back lost customers. Example: https://new.loom.com

As someone who's submitted an idea I want to know roughly how long it might be before it makes it into the product.

Some newer ideas are not getting the air time they deserve due to email fatigue. I would like to show my customers a selection of (3) ideas and ask which one is more important to them. Ideas could be chosen randomly, or selected by me. This would be shown inside my app via the widget as a poll.

While I really like how simple the idea submission form is, we want our contributors to be thinking about risk and impact when they make their suggestions. Customizing the form - changing the default text, and/or adding additional fields would be really helpful! I want to be able to ask: what problem are you trying to solve? What is your proposed solution?
