It would be great if I could copy. helpdesk conversation and have AI summarize the feedback into one succinct Idea or Improvement. Why? This would mean I can collect feedback easily from ANY Helpdesk software, without the need for a custom integration.

Dark mode (User Choice)
I would like my users to be able to toggle between light and dark mode on my Frill board. Perhaps even a setting that automatically turns to dark mode at night time.This should be an optional setting and seperate to Themes which are decided by Admins.

Area for custom CSS and JS
I'm more interested in abiliity to add my own Google Tag Manager or chat widget, etc, so the JS box. But also opening up the ability to override CSS would be great.

Azure DevOps Integration
The list of integrations includes Jira.. but Azure Devops is missing βΉ This would be insanely valuable! My CTO will only be moving forward with a product that integrates with ADO so if it's not planned we won't be able to move forward with Frill either :(

Don't show archived ideas in search results
When I search for a certain idea (cos we have soooo many of them) it would be great to be able to blend out all the private or archived ones. I still see them in the results window and often think "huh, why is this back in the pool to be voted on" but when I click on it, only then do I see it's an already archived feedback. A pre filter would be good, kinda like "only show active ideas" or so. Thanks

Mark as inappropriate
On occasion, we are alerted to comments that don't match our community guidelines. The customer had to email us the comment, but it would be nice to have a simple way to flag this.

Link Ideas to strategic goals

Add Custom CSS
I know there are some other ideas out there that might reference this, but they seemed more primarily focused on custom JS. I don't want custom JS, I believe that belongs with the platform and integrations. But I would really like custom CSS. Frill is very customizable through languages and white labeling, but this would allow it to be perfect. Here is an example. We don't like how the context menu is only visible on hover. User's won't know they have options unless they happen to hover. Custom CSS would allow us to override the visibility setting and show it all the time. Yes this could also be an option in Frill, but it let's Frill find a happy medium between tons of configurations and UI flexibility.

Limit number of votes per user
For some types of projects it's useful to give users limited number of votes, they can distribute among ideas. Otherwise it often happens that users vote for everything instead of ideas they really like. The limit should be permissive enough, but it should make users think twice before voting for something. The limit can recharge after some time period and should be configurable on daily/monthly basis. Also another option is to count total number of issues in project and let users vote for only a certain percentage of them.

Advanced filtering options (AND / OR) for Topics
Currently my customers can select multiple topics to filter Ideas (Topic1 AND Topic2). This can be confusing in some cases. I would like the ability to change this to a single filter... eg Topic1 OR Topic2. This could be done with a simple AND/OR toggle in the Topics settings page.

Time zone support for email notifications
Love the daily digest about what happened yesterday, but it seems these are being triggered in the morning based on Australian time. "Yesterday" is bit of a confusing term when applied to an idea that was submitted at 1pm and you hear about it at 3pm! As a workaround, you could just say "Here's what has happened in the last 24 hours..."! : )

Filter survey results by Segment
We are getting great feedback through Surveys, but I would really love to filter Survey data by segment to see whether answers differ between Paying Customers and Free Trial Customers

Local Time Zones!
Weekly updates come to us on Thursday and updates generally come mid-afternoon - which I assume is morning in Australia, but an odd time for summary emails in Western Canada!
