  1. Customize Idea Submission Form

    While I really like how simple the idea submission form is, we want our contributors to be thinking about risk and impact when they make their suggestions. Customizing the form - changing the default text, and/or adding additional fields would be really helpful! I want to be able to ask: what problem are you trying to solve? What is your proposed solution?

  2. Conditional, multi-step Surveys

    This would allow us to build multi-step flows with branching logic. For example, ask users to rate your product from 1 to 10 - then show different follow-up questions or messages based on their response. Key Features: • Step-by-step surveys with conditional logic • Branching questions based on NPS or rating scale answers • Custom end messages (e.g. “Thanks!” or “Tell us more”) With conditional surveys, we can follow up with promoters and uncover what’s frustrating detractors, all in one flow.

  3. Microsoft Entra ID Integration (formerly Azure AD)

    As a financial services company with strict security and compliance requirements, we need native support for Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure Active Directory). This would allow us to manage user access through Single Sign-On (SSO), enforce MFA, and align Frill with our existing identity governance policies. Integration with Entra ID is essential for streamlining user provisioning, improving security, and making Frill viable for enterprise-wide adoption.

  4. Filter survey results by Segment

    We are getting great feedback through Surveys, but I would really love to filter Survey data by segment to see whether answers differ between Paying Customers and Free Trial Customers

  5. Announcements - "Compact View"

    It would be great if the announcement feed could be set to a compact view whereby announcements are reduced to title and intro then user can click to read so that they are easier to navigate

  7. Allow to enter edit mode after saving an announcement

    After editing and saving an announcement we can't edit again without back to all announcements, find it again and hit Edit. Sometimes we want to fix some error viewed just after save, and is hard to find the same announcemment when we have millions of then.

    It would be great is on the announcement page there was a similar side panel with categories filters to the one on the ideas page with topics/status'

  9. Include segmentation attributes in Voter download CSV

    It would be helpful if we could include our custom segmentation attributes like plan_type, plan_status, MRR, etc. in the downloaded voter list to determine which plans to build features for.

    I think adding the option to exclude people based on their email address would be a valuable addition to our segmentation feature.

  11. Have user email address as an attribute option on segments

    It would be great to be able to include user email address as an attribute for segmentation so that you can group users by emails that contain e.g. "@SAID COMPANY.co.uk" or internal users etc. (Without having to implement SSO)

    As someone who's submitted an idea I want to know roughly how long it might be before it makes it into the product.

  14. AI Chrome Extension

    It would be great if I could copy. helpdesk conversation and have AI summarize the feedback into one succinct Idea or Improvement. Why? This would mean I can collect feedback easily from ANY Helpdesk software, without the need for a custom integration.
