I would like my users to be able to toggle between light and dark mode on my Frill board. Perhaps even a setting that automatically turns to dark mode at night time.This should be an optional setting and seperate to Themes which are decided by Admins.

Canny and Upvoty both allow these signup options

I'm more interested in abiliity to add my own Google Tag Manager or chat widget, etc, so the JS box. But also opening up the ability to override CSS would be great.

The list of integrations includes Jira.. but Azure Devops is missing ☹ This would be insanely valuable! My CTO will only be moving forward with a product that integrates with ADO so if it's not planned we won't be able to move forward with Frill either :(

When I search for a certain idea (cos we have soooo many of them) it would be great to be able to blend out all the private or archived ones. I still see them in the results window and often think "huh, why is this back in the pool to be voted on" but when I click on it, only then do I see it's an already archived feedback. A pre filter would be good, kinda like "only show active ideas" or so. Thanks

On occasion, we are alerted to comments that don't match our community guidelines. The customer had to email us the comment, but it would be nice to have a simple way to flag this.

I want to add some very simple company goals to my settings, so I can associate Ideas to those goals as they are submitted. This would help me align customer feedback with company direction.

For some types of projects it's useful to give users limited number of votes, they can distribute among ideas. Otherwise it often happens that users vote for everything instead of ideas they really like. The limit should be permissive enough, but it should make users think twice before voting for something. The limit can recharge after some time period and should be configurable on daily/monthly basis. Also another option is to count total number of issues in project and let users vote for only a certain percentage of them.

Love the daily digest about what happened yesterday, but it seems these are being triggered in the morning based on Australian time. "Yesterday" is bit of a confusing term when applied to an idea that was submitted at 1pm and you hear about it at 3pm! As a workaround, you could just say "Here's what has happened in the last 24 hours..."! : )

Weekly updates come to us on Thursday and updates generally come mid-afternoon - which I assume is morning in Australia, but an odd time for summary emails in Western Canada!

As the Announcements are more of a fleeting feed, we would love to have an FAQ section - something like a pinned post in Announcements or just something that is permanently accessible. We'd love to add some How Tows or FAQs for expectation management (e.g. listing features that are not available yet)

Would be nice to be able to CSV import your own subscriber list into Frill.

It'll be great if users can subscribe to announcements so that they get automatic email updates on every new announcement. This can increase engagement with the product and bring back lost customers. Example: https://new.loom.com

I'd like to add some custom links to the menu. Things like links to our help docs or maybe an on boarding video.
