The ability to clone/duplicate a previously published announcement to be able to use for a new one. This lets us keep the formatting we like without having to start from scratch

I would like my users to be able to toggle between light and dark mode on my Frill board. Perhaps even a setting that automatically turns to dark mode at night time.This should be an optional setting and seperate to Themes which are decided by Admins.

ATM profile option (general view and content, comments,...) can be translated but notifications can't. This is weird for users. I expect that if I can translate other parts of the profile, I also can translate the notifications.

I would like to be able to use custom fonts, to keep it in tune with our corporate identity.

I'm more interested in abiliity to add my own Google Tag Manager or chat widget, etc, so the JS box. But also opening up the ability to override CSS would be great.

I would like to pin one f my announcements to the top, like I can with Ideas. I would use this for important announcements that I want everyone to see for a given period of time.

I'd like to add some custom links to the menu. Things like links to our help docs or maybe an on boarding video.

The ability to add internal tags/categories/segmentation to users and ideas, that are not visible by end users but are by internal users. Why: When reviewing user feedback, what really matters is the type of user/organisation they are. E.g. if we as a SaaS product are targeting one specific type of company (e.g. B2C), and loads of users from B2B companies have voted on a feature, that is really important to know. We want to prioritise features asked for by our target market. Not all the time, but it is important that we have a way to at least see/filter the submitted ideas in this way so that we can make informed decisions about what we decide to build.

As we get more ideas on our board it becomes harder to keep track of everything and ensure that similar ideas are merged. It would be great of there was a way for Frill to recognise and suggest potentially similar ideas and present them to me for merging. This would save a huge amount of time and more accurately show the popularity of feature quests.

I know there are some other ideas out there that might reference this, but they seemed more primarily focused on custom JS. I don't want custom JS, I believe that belongs with the platform and integrations. But I would really like custom CSS. Frill is very customizable through languages and white labeling, but this would allow it to be perfect. Here is an example. We don't like how the context menu is only visible on hover. User's won't know they have options unless they happen to hover. Custom CSS would allow us to override the visibility setting and show it all the time. Yes this could also be an option in Frill, but it let's Frill find a happy medium between tons of configurations and UI flexibility.

I don't always want to push from Frill, more often than not, I need to pull from Jira. Currently I have to add the issue as comment. Works well enough but why not go one step further in your integration so that the experience is consistent for users.

Will be helpful, if name is some anonymous name even for Guest users, but for admin, details should be visible to track down the user in the account.

We're considering adding an image carousel to announcements to allow you to feature multiple images. Let us know if this sounds like something you would use!

It would be super cool if the new surveys could be used through the API, particularly for the "Open Feedback" survey type. Many apps have their own UIs, and it would be nice to leverage Frill as a headless UI solution or through the API, without incorporating the full widget. This would enhance flexibility and integration across various platforms.
