It would be great if I could copy. helpdesk conversation and have AI summarize the feedback into one succinct Idea or Improvement. Why? This would mean I can collect feedback easily from ANY Helpdesk software, without the need for a custom integration.

Automated AI feature suggestions
What if Frill automatically created Ideas based off conversations from our sales and support teams? It could work like this... Frill connects to places like Intercom, Helpscout, Zenddesk, Discord, Slack etc Once a day, information is collected and sent to a GPT to summarise. Frill then suggests potential new Ideas each morning based on yesterday's discussions. Admins then just hit approve. No need to write them out. Voting could also be automated.

Allow email notification for idea being shipped
Currently theres only an option to notify whenever there's a status change. I want the ability to notify only when the status is set to shipped but not the other statuses.

SSO Signout URL
If a user logs out of my platform, allow me to redirect them to a logout URL on frill where they are: Logged out of Frill (via the GraphQL logout mutation) Redirected back to a URL that I've passed in a query parameter

'Subscribe to updates' option
It'll be great if users can subscribe to announcements so that they get automatic email updates on every new announcement. This can increase engagement with the product and bring back lost customers. Example: https://new.loom.com

Idea Polls Widget
Some newer ideas are not getting the air time they deserve due to email fatigue. I would like to show my customers a selection of (3) ideas and ask which one is more important to them. Ideas could be chosen randomly, or selected by me. This would be shown inside my app via the widget as a poll.

Customize Idea Submission Form
While I really like how simple the idea submission form is, we want our contributors to be thinking about risk and impact when they make their suggestions. Customizing the form - changing the default text, and/or adding additional fields would be really helpful! I want to be able to ask: what problem are you trying to solve? What is your proposed solution?

Language-specific changelogs
Users want to see changelogs in their selected app language rather than the browser language when using the app, which will be beneficial for multi-language users.

Allow comments on announcements
Similar to how ideas can have comments, it would be fun to allow comments in reply to announcements. I'm not actually sure we'd end up wanting this, but we would definitely test it. (One theory is that enthusiastic replies could be a nice form of social proof in our product, e.g. "omg this new feature is really cool!") Bonus points for making it configurable per announcement.

Surveys: support retriggering, additional conditions)
Surveys (beta) seems to have only simple triggering rules. Surveys like NPS are most valuablke to us when we can understand how they change over time. For example, when a customer rates the product overall as 8/10, is that an improvement from 6 months ago, or a regression? In order to replace our NPS survey with Frill, it would need to support more advanced triggering capabilities: Re-trigger after a configurable delay (e.g. every 3 months) Skip triggering if [condition] (i.e. customer.is_trial = true) For reference, we are currently using Delighted for NPS triggers.

Customer.io integration
We love Customer.io and would love to see it play nicely with Frill. Customer.io is delightfully well-designed and has excellent customer attribute & segmentation features. We get away with using it as a our customer data hub, so rather than re-create customers, attributes, and segments within Frill, it would be ideal to have Frill instead synchronize those. Customer.io recently launched their "customer data pipelines" product, which (IIUC) plays in a space similar to Segment, although naturally has far less market penetration. Given this - I could imagine they'd be eager to support an additional integration like Frill. Lastly, I could see customer.io (the company) wishing they supported some of what Frill does natively. Could be interesting from a corp bizdev standpoint to get more on their radar.
