As someone who's submitted an idea I want to know roughly how long it might be before it makes it into the product.

Smart Merge
As we get more ideas on our board it becomes harder to keep track of everything and ensure that similar ideas are merged. It would be great of there was a way for Frill to recognise and suggest potentially similar ideas and present them to me for merging. This would save a huge amount of time and more accurately show the popularity of feature quests.

Area for custom CSS and JS
I'm more interested in abiliity to add my own Google Tag Manager or chat widget, etc, so the JS box. But also opening up the ability to override CSS would be great.

2-way Jira integration
I'd love it if the Frill board would track our Jira board and move ideas according to how we move them in Jira. Then an idea that was sent to Jira will automatically be set as "Implemented" when the team has finished it in Jira.

Add Custom CSS
I know there are some other ideas out there that might reference this, but they seemed more primarily focused on custom JS. I don't want custom JS, I believe that belongs with the platform and integrations. But I would really like custom CSS. Frill is very customizable through languages and white labeling, but this would allow it to be perfect. Here is an example. We don't like how the context menu is only visible on hover. User's won't know they have options unless they happen to hover. Custom CSS would allow us to override the visibility setting and show it all the time. Yes this could also be an option in Frill, but it let's Frill find a happy medium between tons of configurations and UI flexibility.

Have user email address as an attribute option on segments
It would be great to be able to include user email address as an attribute for segmentation so that you can group users by emails that contain e.g. "@SAID COMPANY.co.uk" or internal users etc. (Without having to implement SSO)

User Management and Segmentation Usability
Would be helpful to have a user management option that allows an admin to delete or segment users in bulk. We are about about bring on a few thousand users in the next month and we need to segment. We plan to implement the SSO custom attribute which may solve this but even the ability now without that for others that don't use SSO to delete all the profiles that are "Anonymous Animal" without going one by one would be helpful. Also when doing a new segment and setting a condition it should search and find the records to select for things like Name. It would save time to search "John" and select the John I need not have to time "John Mark Rhodes" If there is a way to do this please let me know. Thanks!

Default button(s) for Announcement widget
Currently you have to assign the Announcement widget to your own button. It would be nice if Frill supplied one or two template buttons to launch the widget.

Customize Idea Submission Form
While I really like how simple the idea submission form is, we want our contributors to be thinking about risk and impact when they make their suggestions. Customizing the form - changing the default text, and/or adding additional fields would be really helpful! I want to be able to ask: what problem are you trying to solve? What is your proposed solution?

AI Chrome Extension
It would be great if I could copy. helpdesk conversation and have AI summarize the feedback into one succinct Idea or Improvement. Why? This would mean I can collect feedback easily from ANY Helpdesk software, without the need for a custom integration.

Automated AI feature suggestions
What if Frill automatically created Ideas based off conversations from our sales and support teams? It could work like this... Frill connects to places like Intercom, Helpscout, Zenddesk, Discord, Slack etc Once a day, information is collected and sent to a GPT to summarise. Frill then suggests potential new Ideas each morning based on yesterday's discussions. Admins then just hit approve. No need to write them out. Voting could also be automated.
