  1. Ability to duplicate survey or delete test survey results

    I usually test my surveys on our dev environment first, and when I'm ready to move to prod, I have these two options: Change the target URL to prod. This is fine, but if I have a bunch of test responses, I want to be able to delete them so they don't get mixed with my real survey results.Re-create the survey with the prod URL. In this case, it would be much easier if I could duplicate the survey and then change the URL.

  2. Ability to upload documents

    Sometimes there is a document (PDF/Word/Spreadsheet) that accompanies or helps to explain the context of a feature request. It would be very useful to be able to attach the document to the ticket rather than just images.

  3. Set reshow/frequency settings for boosted announcements

    I would like to control how often a boosted announcement is shown to my customers. At the moment it only appears once, but I'd like to control the frequency, e.g. show again after 1 day.

  4. Search on Accouncements

    I would like to be able to allow users to search announcements. Allowing the ability to quickly search using different search terms could allow users to locate posts quicker.

  5. Option do deactivate "Add Idea" Button

    Sometimes we lack the capacity to review all the incoming ideas, so we’d like to have the option to temporarily pause submissions and encourage users to search the existing pool to see if a similar idea has already been submitted. It would be great to have this feature :)

  7. Filter options in ideas list and roadmap should be multi-select

    Currently there is no way to multi-select tags or statuses when filtering. This would make it much easier to look at a collection of tags/statuses at once. when combining tags with statuses the filters should function as AND condition when selecting multiple statuses or tags the filter should function as an OR condition. Basically, when filter is of the same type (tag or status) they should be OR and when they are of 2 types filters should be AND.

  11. More formatting options for Announcements

    The announcements UI needs more text formatting options, clear layouts, and an easy way to draft/schedule/submit announcements. Eg: Font size/formatting (headings, etc.)Text colorText alignmentEtc. Any example of a text editor could be used to make an improvement to the bare bones "editor" we have currently.

    As someone who's submitted an idea I want to know roughly how long it might be before it makes it into the product.

  14. AI Chrome Extension

    It would be great if I could copy. helpdesk conversation and have AI summarize the feedback into one succinct Idea or Improvement. Why? This would mean I can collect feedback easily from ANY Helpdesk software, without the need for a custom integration.

  15. Internal user segmentation

    The ability to add internal tags/categories/segmentation to users and ideas, that are not visible by end users but are by internal users. Why: When reviewing user feedback, what really matters is the type of user/organisation they are. E.g. if we as a SaaS product are targeting one specific type of company (e.g. B2C), and loads of users from B2B companies have voted on a feature, that is really important to know. We want to prioritise features asked for by our target market. Not all the time, but it is important that we have a way to at least see/filter the submitted ideas in this way so that we can make informed decisions about what we decide to build.
