Custom links in menu
I'd like to add some custom links to the menu. Things like links to our help docs or maybe an on boarding video.

Conditional, multi-step Surveys
This would allow us to build multi-step flows with branching logic. For example, ask users to rate your product from 1 to 10 - then show different follow-up questions or messages based on their response. Key Features: β’ Step-by-step surveys with conditional logic β’ Branching questions based on NPS or rating scale answers β’ Custom end messages (e.g. βThanks!β or βTell us moreβ) With conditional surveys, we can follow up with promoters and uncover whatβs frustrating detractors, all in one flow.

Setup default Notifications' settings for new users
Can we imagine something to setup in advance a "default" list of notifications for new users ? Like a in a new admin page or in Miscellaneous/General. We have identified the following pain points : By default all notifications are enabled and it is too much (the digest should be manually opted-in). Limit spamming Control the notifications workflow with our customers so that we communicate precisely Avoid bad perception of the platform

Announcement Comments
It's a good way to get more specific feedback on an announcement, good or bad. Not just emojis. Comments would then be sent to an Inbox in the dashboard for review.

Automated AI feature suggestions
What if Frill automatically created Ideas based off conversations from our sales and support teams? It could work like this... Frill connects to places like Intercom, Helpscout, Zenddesk, Discord, Slack etc Once a day, information is collected and sent to a GPT to summarise. Frill then suggests potential new Ideas each morning based on yesterday's discussions. Admins then just hit approve. No need to write them out. Voting could also be automated.

Microsoft Entra ID Integration (formerly Azure AD)
As a financial services company with strict security and compliance requirements, we need native support for Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure Active Directory). This would allow us to manage user access through Single Sign-On (SSO), enforce MFA, and align Frill with our existing identity governance policies. Integration with Entra ID is essential for streamlining user provisioning, improving security, and making Frill viable for enterprise-wide adoption.

Smart Merge
As we get more ideas on our board it becomes harder to keep track of everything and ensure that similar ideas are merged. It would be great of there was a way for Frill to recognise and suggest potentially similar ideas and present them to me for merging. This would save a huge amount of time and more accurately show the popularity of feature quests.

Allow email notification for idea being shipped
Currently theres only an option to notify whenever there's a status change. I want the ability to notify only when the status is set to shipped but not the other statuses.

Change frequency of user digest emails
Frill activity digest emails are currently sent to all registered users weekly. I would like to be able to set to monthly. Weekly is too often, and will compete for attention with our own direct and automated emails. It also risks users unsubscribing and then never getting any further updates at all.

Create Private Ideas/Columns (with Private Attachments) in Roadmap with Private/Public Team Toggle
As I Product Manager, I want to be able to have both public and private ideas/columns so to provide technical details for the developers. Overview: Include private idea description within a public features (i e. detailing implementation or competitive opportunities). Public ideas can have embeded private descriptions and/or private attached files for developers to further detail without needing to create an extra private idea. We currently have private comments, but this is simply not enough, especially for more technical descriptions. Include team attachments hidden from the public directly within that idea/features Ability for customers (not just team members) to create an idea as private and only viewable to the team. This would enable different customers to provide further detail on the reason behind their ask and track it privately on the roadmap (customer private description or comment would suffice in this case as well). An example scenario would be a new client detailing a personal use-case that may benefit all, without providing awareness to their competitors. A column in the Roadmap that can be marked as private/public (i.e. A Quality Analysis/Review column prior to the feature being released. This column brings no benefit to the user, but is necessary for the dev team) Roadmap has an overall private/public toggle where the team is able view all public and private ideas, details, asks, and comments in the team's private view. If there are hidden items for surprise releases they'd be visible to the team only until moved/marked as public. If a story is not marked as private but was automatically created in a private roadmap column it will be auto marked as private This functionality would be quite a shift, enabling us to solely rely on frill as a feature feedback management tool (stepping away from Jira). Jira and other tools alike have become increasingly complex in their design structure that have taken the end customer to developer relationship out of the loop.

Admin Management of Ideas
Managing ideas, assigning priority, and editing components of submitted ideas is somewhat frustrating and inefficient. Especially since most of what I need to access is Hover-Over to Reveal. I'd suggest a Admin Idea Management area, allowing an Admin/Moderator to see all submitted ideas in a table format (see image). The fields for Status, Topics, and all configured fields for prioritization are editable based on their field type. If an admin wants to manage the Idea submission information, they can hit the edit button to do the rest - which would open as it currently does.

A time estimate (ETA) for Ideas
As someone who's submitted an idea I want to know roughly how long it might be before it makes it into the product.

Customize Idea Submission Form
While I really like how simple the idea submission form is, we want our contributors to be thinking about risk and impact when they make their suggestions. Customizing the form - changing the default text, and/or adding additional fields would be really helpful! I want to be able to ask: what problem are you trying to solve? What is your proposed solution?

AI Chrome Extension
It would be great if I could copy. helpdesk conversation and have AI summarize the feedback into one succinct Idea or Improvement. Why? This would mean I can collect feedback easily from ANY Helpdesk software, without the need for a custom integration.
